dtSearch 2023.01

dtSearch 2023.01 (Build 8790) is now shipping.

dtSearch Desktop/Network has a new search results display, with wrapped text, “First hits in context” display is faster and now appears in a wrapped column instead of a separate row. Toolbar button to switch between ‘fit to column’ or ‘fit to window’.

Other improvements include an option to control whether HTML files are displayed with a <base> tag referencing the original document location, and file parser updates.

For developers the dtSearch Engine has an updated WebDemo sample ASP.NET Core application to support configuring multiple search forms using the appSettings.json file.
